If Obama is not legally entitled to be President, then all the laws he has made since being in office are “null and void”

A US Army major who argued in court he should not have to go to Afghanistan because Obama is ineligible to be president and born outside the USA, set a legal precedent when his deployment orders to Afghanistan were revoked in as far as it apparently gives all US citizens a legal basis to refuse to obey the current administration’s laws, also to take the H1N1 vaccine.

Major Stefan Frederick Cook was told he was no longer expected to report to an army base in Florida for mobilization following a court case in which he argued that there was not sufficient proof that Obama was born in the USA, a view increasingly held as the growing evidence is reviewed.
